Bill was a farmer all of his life, and he retired from GE. A celebration of Bill’s life was held September 7 at the Sunset Funeral Home and Cremation Center in Georgetown. Pastor Matt Filicsky officiated. Masonic rites took place September 6 at the funeral home before the visitation.

The family has asked, in lieu of flowers, donations be made to Fairview United Methodist Church, Georgetown, Illinois.
