Georgetown Township is holding its Annual Coat Drive on November 2,  at Westville Village Hall parking lot 201 N. State and the Georgetown Township Building at 1805 N Main, Georgetown and from 9 – Noon at both locations.

They will be collecting coats for both Westville School District (to help Santas Anonymous with their work load) and Georgetown-Ridge Farm School District this year.

If someone is unable to drop coats off on Saturday, you may drop them off at the township building Monday through Friday, 7 am – 2 pm.  Also you may call Penny Holycross to make arrangements to meet at a later time and place.

They need new or gently used clean coats, hats, mittens, gloves, scarves and snow boots for all ages – especially children sizes. They will not be accepting clothes or shoes at this time.

Please participate in this annual event and make a difference in someone’s life.  For questions, please call Penny Holycross, Georgetown Township Supervisor at 662-8649 or 474-8707.

NOTE:  Coats will be given away at the Georgetown Township Building at 1805 N Main, Georgetown, on Saturday, November 9 from 9 am – Noon, and Monday – Wednesday November 6-8 from 8 a.m. - 1 p.m.

Both school districts may attend at the same time.  Enter through the back garage door.
