The Beef House Dinner Theatre is pleased to announce its 23rd summer season featuring The Honky Tonk Angels and That Lovin’ Feelin: The Story of the Righteous Brothers, their fastest selling shows off all time.

In The Honky Tonk Angels, the creator of “Always...Patsy Cline” combines over 30 classic country tunes with a hilarious story about three gutsy gals, loosely based on Dolly Parton, Loretta Lynn and Tammy Wynette, who are determined to better their lives and follow their dreams to Nashville.

The all-hit song list includes “I’ll Fly Away,” “Stand by Your Man,” “9 to 5,” “Coal Miner’s Daughter,” “Fancy,” “Harper Valley PTA,” “Ode to Billy Jo,” “These Boots Are Made for Walking,” “Rocky Top,” and “I Will Always Love You.”

This charming, foot-stompin’ musical has played to sold-out audiences across the country.   Kena Clark, best known on the Beef House stage as Patsy Cline, leads the talented cast that also features Kayla Dillman and Bri White.

“The Honky Tonk Angels” opens July 12 with evening shows on July 12 & 13 and August 2 & 3.  Matinee shows are July 14, 30 & 31 and August 1, 3 & 4. The matinee shows on July 14 & 31 and August 1 are already sold, so do not wait to make reservations.

“That Lovin’ Feelin’” is an exciting musical biography chronicling The Righteous Brothers’ life story, featuring 18 of their memorable songs.

“Blue-eyed soul” pioneers Bill Medley and Bobby Hatfield topped the charts for decades, galvanizing the link between rock and rhythm.

Featuring their greatest hits such as “Unchained Melody,” “Old Time Rock and Roll,” “Soul & Inspiration,” “Dream On,” “Rock N Roll Heaven,” “Let the Good Times Roll,”

and the most played song in radio history “You’ve Lost That Lovin’ Feelin’.”

This musical will undoubtedly have you tapping your toes and humming along to the musical hits that defined the “Baby Boomer” generation.

Bob Scott, best known as Sam Phillips from “Million Dollar Quartet”, leads the cast as Bill Medley in 2003, on the day Bobby Hatfield dies.  During an interview, he flashes back to significant moments in his career where young Bobby and Bill are played by Logan Kirby & Ryan Loeckel.  

Logan appears all over the Illiana area in his energetic tribute shows as Buddy Holly, Frankie Valli, Elvis, Johnny Cash and many others. Ryan is central Florida based musician who has worked with such artists as Barry Manilow and Josh Groban.  Katie Weston, Russell Zillman, Jeannette Cullum, Lizzy Lerner, Jason Asaad, Tim Kirby, Thomas Strain, Justin Maniquis, Alaina Allee and Madison Taylor round out the cast.

That Lovin’ Feelin’ contains some mature language.

That Lovin’ Feelin’ plays with evening shows on July 19, 20, 26 & 27 and matinee shows on July 21, 24, 25 & 28.   Matinees Shows on July 21 & 25 are already sold out, so do not wait to make reservations!

Doors open for evening shows at 6 pm eastern with an 8 pm eastern show.  For matinees, doors open at 12:30 pm eastern with a 2 pm eastern show. 

All seats are $48 and include show, buffet dinner, tax, salad, dessert, beverage and Famous Beef House Rolls.
