Bill and Arlene Grubb celebrate 50th wedding anniversary

William (Bill) and Arlene Grubb of Danville, IL are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary.

Bill Grubb and Arlene Stovall were united in marriage March 14th, 1968 at the Protestant Chapel at the Veterans Medical Center in Danville, IL. Reverend McKay performed the ceremony.

The couple celebrated their anniversary on trips to Hawaii and Las Vegas. Later this year the couple plan another celebration in San Francisco.

The couple is planning on a private celebration on March 14th at Hamilton Walkers in Champaign. A gathering of friends and family is planned for later this year.

The couple own and operate the Bill Grubb Real Estate and Auction Co. for many years. Arlene has taught knitting and crocheting for 30 plus years.

They are blessed with 3 grandchildren and 3 beautiful great-grandchildren.
