Danville Art League hosting art camps

Art Camp is right around the corner. Each week (Monday- Thursday 9 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.) the Danville Art League will create a variety of projects that have to do with that week’s continent.

Projects will not be just one art medium. They may include but won’t be limited to painting, drawing, sculpture, multi-media, or any other sort of visual art creation.

A light snack is provided during camp hours free of charge.

First through sixth graders will be together as they have in the past (36 campers max per week) while Seventh through Twelfth campers will be in a self-contained classroom (12 campers max per week).

June 25-28 will be South America Camp (payment is due June 15) and July 9-12 will be Australia Week (Payment will be due by June 29).

On July 16-19 they will be hosting Kinder Camp for ages four-finished kindergarten. Students will be able to explore the world of art, learn how to use art tools, and supplies and be creative with others their age. A simple snack will be provided free of charge.

Registration and payment for this class will be due on July 6.

The cost of all camps will be $55 if paid before or on the day that payment is due  or $60 if the amount is paid after the deadline. Additional children in the same family (living together) will be $35 per additional child.

Children may be registered after the deadline if there is still room in the camps, but no discounts will be applied.

Payment confirms reservation.
