Registration open for Westville Library Summer program

Registration is open for the children’s summer program at the Westville Public Library.

This year’s theme is Reading Takes You Everywhere.

The library will let it take your child to Ancient Egypt, Australia, Under the Sea and the space galaxy of our imagination.

The program will be June 11-15.

Children Kindergarten to 2nd grade will meet at 10 AM while children 3rd grade and up will meet at 1:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday.

On Friday, June 15 everyone will meet at 10 AM for a presentation by the Vermilion County Conservation District.

The Westville Library will also offer Passport to Reading beginning June 1.

Children will be able to read the books of their choice or have them read to them if too young to read on their own.

The minutes spent reading will be kept track of in their Reading Passport.

Incentives will be offered weekly.

Register for both of these programs by calling the library at 267-3170.
