Within forty-two days after the effective date of the original Order of Admission you may file a petition with the Court to require proof of the will by testimony of the witnesses to the will in open Court or other evidence, as provided in Section 5/6-21 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/6-21). You also have the right under Section 5/8-1 of the Probate Act (755 ILCS 5/8-1) to contest the validity of the will by filing a petition with the Court within six months after admission of the will to probate.

Claims against the estate may be filed in the office of the Clerk in Room 101 in the Court House at #7 North Vermilion, Danville, Illinois or with the Representative or both within six months from the date of first publication and any claim not filed within that period is barred. Copies of a claim filed with the Clerk must be mailed or delivered to the Representative and to the Attorney within 10 days after it has been filed.

NOTICE IS HEREBY FURTHER GIVEN that a public hearing will be conducted on April 9, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Kickapoo Fire Station #1, situated at 1445 Warrington Avenue, Danville, Illinois, the Amended Budget and Appropriation Ordinance for 2018-2019.
